為進(jìn)一步落實(shí)“外防輸入、內(nèi)防擴(kuò)散”的工作要求，做好境外來(lái)（返）中山人員的健康服務(wù)工作，請(qǐng)近期從境外來(lái)（返）中山的海外鄉(xiāng)親、國(guó)際友人，于入境前72小時(shí)登陸“中山市入境人員防疫信息登記系統(tǒng)”登記個(gè)人健康和行程情況，并請(qǐng)國(guó)內(nèi)的親朋好友或單位將來(lái)（返）中山人員信息告知所在社區(qū)（小區(qū)）。

　　有填報(bào)疑問(wèn)的，可咨詢(xún)邀請(qǐng)單位、工作單位、就讀學(xué)校、居住地物業(yè)公司及其所在社區(qū)居委會(huì)。工作人員將會(huì)致電確認(rèn)所填報(bào)的信息，請(qǐng)積極予以配合。我們會(huì)依法保護(hù)您的隱私，相關(guān)信息僅用于您來(lái)（返）中山的健康服務(wù)。

　　2、備案登記

　　Record Registration

 　　步驟1：

　　點(diǎn)擊【備案登記】按鈕（下圖所示）進(jìn)入入境人員信息【備案登記】欄目。

　　Step One: Click the button of “Record registration” (as shown in the picture below) to enter the column of “Record registration” for people entering Zhongshan from overseas.

　　步驟2：

　　入境人員信息【備案登記】欄目如下圖所示，根據(jù)提示進(jìn)行信息填寫(xiě)。

　　Step Two: The column of “Record registration” for people entering Zhongshan from overseas is shown in the picture below. Fill in the information according to the reminder.

　　步驟3：

　　確認(rèn)信息無(wú)誤后，點(diǎn)擊最下方的【提交】按鈕進(jìn)行登記。

　　Step Three: After confirming the information, click the “Submit” button at the bottom to register your record.

　　步驟4：

　　登記成功后如下圖所示，務(wù)必記錄【備案登記受理號(hào)】。注意：如填寫(xiě)信息有錯(cuò)誤或忘記【備案登記受理號(hào)】，請(qǐng)重新登記。

　　Step Four: The successful registration is as shown in the following picture. Please make sure to mark down the “Record registration enrollment number”. Note: Please register again if there is any error in the 　　information or you forgot the “Record registration enrollment number”.

　　3、備案查詢(xún)

　　Record Query

　　步驟1：

　　點(diǎn)擊【備案查詢(xún)】按鈕（下圖所示）進(jìn)入入境人員信息【備案查詢(xún)】欄目。

　　Step One: Click the button of “Record query” (as shown in the picture below) to enter the column of “Record query” for people entering Zhongshan from overseas.

　　步驟2：

　　【備案查詢(xún)】欄目如下圖所示，輸入登記時(shí)填寫(xiě)的【姓名】和【備案登記受理號(hào)】。注意：【姓名】?jī)?nèi)容區(qū)分字母大小寫(xiě)和空格，必須和登記時(shí)一致；【備案登記受理號(hào)】要求是半角輸入。

　　Step Two: As shown in the following picture for record query, input the “Full English name on Chinese visa” and “Record registration enrollment number” you filled in during registration. Note: When input the “Full English name on Chinese visa”, please pay attention to the upper and lower case letters and spaces, the same as the one during registration. The “Record registration enrollment number” should be inputted with the half-width alphanumeric.

　　步驟3：

　　【查詢(xún)成功】顯示如下圖內(nèi)容，確認(rèn)信息是否正確。

　　Step Three:

　　The successful query is as shown in the following picture. Please confirm whether the information is correct.

　　步驟4：

　　【查詢(xún)無(wú)結(jié)果】顯示如下圖內(nèi)容，說(shuō)明登記沒(méi)有成功，請(qǐng)點(diǎn)擊【備案登記】重新登記。

　　Step Four:

　　“No record found” is as shown in the following picture, indicating that the registration was not successful. Please click the button of “Record registration” to register again.
